CHALET VERMELHO
Situado numa zona histórica do Estoril, este pequeno chalet de dois pisos renasce a partir da união de duas antigas frações numa única casa. A intervenção preservou a traça arquitetónica e os detalhes que guardavam a memória do edifício, enquanto o interior, profundamente degradado, foi integralmente redesenhado. O resultado é uma casa onde a história permanece presente através da cor, da matéria e das proporções, agora adaptadas a uma forma contemporânea de habitar.

Set in a historic area of Estoril, this small two-storey chalet is given new life through the combination of two former units into a single home. The intervention preserved its architectural character and the details that carried the memory of the building, while the deeply deteriorated interior was entirely redesigned. The result is a home where history remains present through colour, materiality and proportion, now adapted to a contemporary way of living.
